The engine works with pistons, which move quickly forward and backward at a constant rate. When a piston moves back, it will create a vacuum that allows air and fuel to be sucked into the engine (combustion chamber). When it moves forward, the air/fuel mixture will be compressed and a candle lights up the beginning of combustion. In a perfect engine, the beginning of combustion must occur only when the compression of the piston is maximum. But, indeed, most engines fire too early and do not burn the fuel completely. This will create inefficiency and will increase fuel consumption and create more pollution.
When hydrogen gas mixes with your fuel, it will increase the octanes and compression necessary to ignite the air/fuel mixture. In this way, the piston will more completely compress the fuel before it ignites and the additional hydrogen will allow for better combustion and reduced CO2 emissions. This also adds a little more strength to the engine.

We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are of good quality. In case of problems with the goods, you have the right to guarantee your services.
Different products have different warranties, so make sure to contact us before the deadline. If you do not know the warranty of your item, you can contact our staff before making a purchase.

The customer must return the products to us. When we receive the products, we will refund you in full.

We will pay the shipping costs for the replaced products that we ship to the customer.

4. Exchange
If you are not satisfied with one of our products due to a defect, you can send it back to us for an exchange against another product. In this case, we do not pay the fees, you return the item and you must pay the difference between the costs of the product, etc.
5. Return for reason "not satisfied
Because international shipping costs are very high and most of the photos on hho-plus.com are taken by ourselves with real products. We therefore do not refund returns without quality problems like 'not like the photo,' 'not like the image,' or simply 'not satisfied.' Before placing a large quantity order, please first take a sample.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product within 3 days of delivery to receive a replacement or a refund of the price less shipping costs. If the return is not the result of an error on our part, customers will have to cover the shipping costs in both directions.
Please make sure to return the item with its original packaging and accessories in the same condition as when you received it.
We will reduce the shipping costs by the total order amount, which means a partial refund.
Important Notes
All customers must contact customer service for approval before sending us anything before returning one or more items. hho-plus.com will not be responsible for returned items without notifying us in advance. When contacting hho-plus.com, please include the following information:
Photos of the front and back of the
envelope or packaging box
Partial shipping vouchers (if applicable)
Photo, video, screenshot or description
of the defective item
Photo, video, screenshot or description
of the defect or defective area
Please keep all packing materials and partial shipping slips, as they are required for returns. After returning the products, please make sure to provide us with the tracking number of the returned package. If there is no tracking number available, a photo of the shipping receipt is required. If neither can be provided, we may need to suspend processing of your request until the package arrives at our warehouse which may take one to two months, please note.
Refunds are made through the payment method you originally used to order. Customers are responsible for all payment charges (if any) issued during the processing and transfer of any refund.
If possible, please make sure that you have checked the contents of the packet before signing. If you notice visual damage or feel like it is empty, please refuse to accept it and contact us. Once you have signed for the item, you accept the integrity of all products as they are and cannot refute the shipping costs of the empty package.
As our return warehouse is located in Portugal, please send the item back to us through a local post office or express service like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX... It is therefore very unlikely that he will be subject to import taxes when he arrives at customs and he may also be delayed during the customs clearance procedure. If we cannot receive the item, we cannot arrange a replacement or repair.
Please return the item in accordance with our return policy. If customs duties are too high or the package is not traceable via tracking number and customer name, we will reject your return parcel by express.
Don’t forget to include a note in your package indicating the following details:
your order number ;
the returned SKU numbers and the quantity;
a brief description of the problem(s) related to the defective item(s).
This note will help you speed up the processing time of your order.
